Smart Band RFID Wristband System

The World Waterpark Association Symposium and Trade Show, October 20-21 in Orlando, Florida will be highlighted by a new Smart Band Wristband System designed to give patrons more time to get wet “n” wild on the waterslides.

The wristbands will provide soggy-sliders with admission to the park, keyless entry to hotel rooms and lockers as well as automated cashless point-of-sale. That’s right, no more fumbling with drenched dollar bills every time the kids want a fried-dough!

The Smart Band wristband system consists of PDC Smart Kiosks and Smart Readers as well as third party software and hardware as needed. Smart Kiosk is an ATM-like booth with a touch-screen that allows patrons to load money using cash, credit or debit cards onto the RFID wristbands.
