No, not really. I haven't been on a plane in months. But if you're like most people, you are probably gearing up for the long holiday weekend - maybe you have a trip planned. Here’s an interesting RFID, travel-related news item:

Personally, I always carry-on. But, if you're traveling through San Francisco this weekend, the embedded RFID inlays present in the tags attached to checked luggage will hopefully improve baggage handling, which is currently based on bar-code technology.
