Japanese retailers trying RFID and VoIP on for size

Courtesy of engadget comes this item entitled, VoIP and RFID party down in Japanese dressing rooms. Basically here's how it works: Japanese department chain Mitsokoshi is implementing a new system in their dressing rooms that allows patrons to scan RFID-tagged items and then use a VoIP phone to check inventory and call for other items to be brought. Obviously, this will be seen as another invasion of privacy potential... someone may be able to find out I don't fit into my size 50 jeans, right?
