Getting QWERTY with RFID

Here's an idea that presumes to solve some problems but may introduce some new ones... as in, 'Now where's my wallet?' With our RFID (radio frequency identification) log-in keyboard project, you can have it both ways: a complicated password but no need to actually type it. That's from Amal Graafstra and Jacob Terry in this PC Magazine item. Once you've built it, you'll be able to log in to your computer with a wave of your wallet or toss of your keys. The secret is an RFID reader hidden inside your keyboard's casing.
