You Knew This Was Inevitable

Two members of the U.S. Senate launched an RFID (radio frequency identification) caucus Thursday, with the purpose of educating lawmakers on the benefits of the expanding technology.

Great.

It turns out these two are RFID advocates, as detailed in this news item from InfoWorld, and that's a good thing, but honestly, is there anything Washington can manage not to move its lips about? Can you spell net neutrality, for example? Somehow the benign caucus all too often prefaces a raucus trip to legislative la-la land.
