Wisconsin Law Forbids 'Forced' RFID Implants

Just how many 'forced' implants of RFID technology have there been in Wisconsin since Big Heapum Baloneysky roamed the west? None. How many forced implants of RFID technology have there been in the whole wide world. Um, err, ahhhh... exactly none.

Wisconsin this week will become one of the first states to ban the forcible implantation of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags into humans.
The ban begins on Wednesday, when legislation signed on May 30 by Gov. James Doyle goes into effect. The act dictates that no person may force another to have a microchip implanted in his body. Violators face fines of $10,000 each day until the chip is removed. [boldface added.]

I think they clearly mean his or 'her' body, ladies... but we're talking Wisconsin here, so put those bras, kerosene cannisters and matches away, ok?

Meanwhile, here's an idea... let's come up with some other totally irrelevant new laws for Wisconsin.
1. It will be forthwith illegal to force a cheese wedge to do the boogie-woogie;
2.You may not force a cow to speak French or German;
3. No one residing in Wisconson may time travel to any neighboring states.
4. Wisconsin residents are prohibited by law from being probed by aliens.
