AbsoluteSKY, Inc. Gets Unsolicited Offer Out of the Blue

So you're sitting around in Montreal minding your own business, trying to build momentum for a unique retail RFID system when whoosh, some group in Europe says, "Hey, we want to buy you."
If you're a public company -- and in this case, the company in question, AbsoluteSKY, Inc. is a public company -- you have to take it seriously because it is a fiduciary requirement to do so on behalf of stockholders. Dismissing it out of hand could bring on the lawsuits. But it doesn't sound like John Frabasile, President and CEO of AbsoluteSKY is much interested or ready.
``This Offer comes a little early for us as we are only at the beginning of our growth phase which we firmly believe will increase our value substantially beyond the figures being offered.''
