Thoughtware?

Here's a news item from Supply Chain Review about an NCR RFID initiative program called TagWorks featuring something they call a 'peel-and-apply' approach. That alone could conjur up some odd images, yes? But here's the part of the story I don't get. Maybe you know what this is?

The NCR TransitionWorks portfolio of global RFID solutions encompasses thoughtware, hardware, tags, services and software, including Teradata data warehouse solutions, to help customers solve real business problems.

First of all, thank goodness it is all designed to help solve real business problems and not those fake problems we all seek to resolve. But what in the world is 'thoughtware?'
