'Scoooooooooooooooore!' World Cup Goes RFID

With the world's most popular sporting event, the World Cup Football a few days away, I thought I must remind my readers that this tournament would be RFID enabled.

That's from this post on the RFID Weblog. It's written a little awkwardly, but the ticketing implementation using RFID at this year's World Cup is worth reading. Now we just have to get the chip taped to the ball, don't we?
