Here's a Prediction- You Need a Haircut Soon!

I don't agree with some of his predictions, like the synergy between RFID chips and Europe's Galileo GPS service making it possible to locate any object by 2008. Or the development of emotion-control devices by 2019. Anyway, we should do more of this out-of-the-box thinking about the future.

This is a story about future predictions from a somebody -- Denis Balencourt -- at Belgium's largest Internet provider. He's pictured here. Blogger Luc van Braekel doesn't agree with it all, as noted above. Frankly, I think the above prediction by Balencourt is probably true. You?
