What Color is the Sky in This Person's World?

You must admit, the Internet can be such a hoot sometimes. I was roaming around yesterday trolling for news, minding my own business, and up pops this plea for help from a college student at Clueless U. Obviously, some of this is legitimate: not everyone knows what RFID is. Some of this has to be the result of a language barrier? But how is it possible to attain college age and not know what a network is?
