Did You Know God Hates RFID? So Does Wisconsin

The news here is that the state of Wisconsin is moving on a bill that would make RFID implants illegal. The view being expressed here in this post about the Wisconsin news is that God hates RFID, too. It never fails to amaze me just how visionary the people were in Biblical times...

Actually, they were. But what they perhaps did not imagine was how 're-visionary' some modern people could be, using the old words in sometimes rather obscure ways to make a contemporary argument. To wit:

Although we don't believe that implantable RFID chips are the "Mark of the Beast", at least at the present, the Bible tells us that the world security situation will grow so dire that eventually the Antichrist will propose mandatory tagging of every individual on earth during the tribulation period. The fact that politicians are passing laws now to try and prevent this from happening shows us how close we are to the fulfilment of these Scriptures.

Revelation 13:16-17And he (Antichrist) causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
